We’d rather refund you than argue with you. Here’s exactly how it works.
The short version
Before we deliver your audit, your money is yours — no questions, no reason needed. After we deliver it, the work is done and we keep the fee.
Free Snapshot — $0
You didn’t pay anything, so there’s nothing to refund.
Mini Audit — $30
No questions asked, for 14 days. Email hello@neverbehind.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — whether or not we’ve delivered it. You don’t have to tell us why. We won’t ask.
Full AI Visibility Audit — $500
Before we deliver your Roadmap → full refund, any time, for any reason. Changed your mind? Something came up? Don’t want to say? Email hello@neverbehind.com and we’ll send your $500 back. This right stays open for as long as we haven’t delivered.
That includes if we’re late. We commit to your Roadmap within 5 business days. If we’re going to miss it, we’ll email you before the deadline with a new date, and you can either take the new date or cancel for a full refund. Your call. You will never be stuck waiting on us with your money locked up.
After we deliver your Roadmap → no refund. Once the report is in your inbox, you have everything you paid for and we can’t take it back. That’s the trade, and it’s why the refund window before delivery has no strings on it.
One exception — if we didn’t do what we said we’d do. If we materially failed to perform the work described in our Terms — we audited the wrong site, or part of the report you paid for is missing — email us within 14 days of delivery and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll fix it or finish it, free. If we can’t, we’ll refund you in full.
To be straight with you about what that exception covers: it covers us not doing the work. It doesn’t cover the audit’s findings being unwelcome. We sell you a rigorous audit and our honest professional judgment about what to fix and in what order — we don’t sell, and can’t sell, a guarantee that AI engines will start citing you. Nobody can. That’s in our Terms (§2.2) and we’re saying it here too.
If our audit tells you your content is solid and your problem is somewhere else, that’s a real finding, honestly arrived at, and the audit did its job.
How to request a refund
Email hello@neverbehind.com and say you want a refund. That’s it. No form, no portal, no retention script.
We’ll process it back to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days. Your bank decides how fast it lands after that — usually 5–10 days.
Please email us before you dispute the charge
If something’s wrong, tell us. Our pre-delivery refund is unconditional and our $30 refund is automatic — emailing us is faster than a chargeback, and there’s almost never a reason to go that route instead.
